Galatasaray began negotiations with Sassuolo on acquiring defender Francesco Acherby.

After a disastrous season, following which Galatasaray took only fourth place in the championship of Turkey, the most titled Turkish club actively works in the transfer market, and is already close to signing the central defender Sassuolo Francesco Acherby.

According to Gianluca di Marzio, the representatives of Galatasaray are negotiating with sports director Neroverdi Guido Angelozzi, trying to convince him not to sell Acherby Roma, which was headed by the former coach Sassuolo Eusebio di Francesco.

In the season-2016/2017, Acherby held 49 matches in Sassuolo in all tournaments, in which he scored 4 goals.
