Ukrainian football is going through hard times now. The period of "budgetary wars" has already come to an end. It's time for the "war of ideas". Accordingly, if the mentor comes under the idea, the Ukrainian league will begin to grow. And an important role is played by infrastructure, stadium, city, fans, the history of the club and the ambitions of the president.

For the successful functioning of the club, an infrastructure is needed, there must also be club employees with a desire to learn and grow professionally. We do not need those who are waiting for the end of the working day and constantly looking at the clock.

As for the players, then other than football skills, they must be the face of the club. I think that it is unacceptable to have a technically strong football player whose personal characteristics can not be an example for others.
