Portuguese striker Andre Silva became the most expensive acquisition of Milan in 16 years.
Earlier it was reported that the forward of Porto Andre Silva officially became a player of the Italian club.
The amount of transfer by the clubs was not reported, but the media says that the player went to the Rossoneri for 38 million euros.
Thus, Silva became the second most expensive player in the history of the team.
More expensive than Milan was purchased only compatriot Andre - Rui Costa, who was bought from Fiorentina for 42 million euros in 2001. On one million Silva beat Filippo Inzaghi, for which Juventus was paid 37 million euros.
