Recently, the German organization ARD released a documentary. It says that the name of Roberto Carlos was in the dossier that the Brazilian anti-doping agency sent to the prosecutor's office of Sao Paulo in 2015.

Roberto Carlos denies any violations and, according to Sky Sports, intends to appeal to lawyers for help in their denial.

"I categorically refute the irresponsible charges made by the German organization ARD in my address and I can reassure that I have never used drugs that would give me an advantage over other players," said Carlos.

"All my career I fought for honesty and loyalty. False charges completely contradict my ideals. For my more than 20-year career, I have never had any positive samples of any substances that could affect the performances on the football field ".

Roberto Carlos 4 times became champion of Spain and 3 - winner of the Champions League with Real Madrid, and also won championships in Brazil and Turkey - with Palmeiras and Fenerbahce respectively.
