Lviv club supports the position of Dynamo, believing that it is not safe to play in the home stadium of Ilyichevets.

In the future season of the Ukrainian Premier League teams will have to fight against returning to the elite division Ilyichevets.

According to the leadership of the Carpathians, such matches should not be held in Mariupol, because in this city it will not be possible to ensure the proper safety of players and fans.

Representatives of the Lviv club have already sent relevant letters to the ULF and FFU asking them to consider another place for holding home matches of Ilyichevets.

"Carpathians do not refuse directly from the games in Mariupol, but we appealed to the ULF and FFU with the request to consider as thoroughly as possible the question of the advisability of holding matches in this city," said a spokesman for the Lviv club.

"We do not refuse to play in Mariupol. We note that the risk does exist. The relevant bodies will decide, but we emphasize that in this issue it is necessary to be as cautious as possible ".

Earlier, Dynamo sent a letter to FFU about refusal to play in Mariupol.
