Kiev received from Cardiff the authority to hold the next Champions League final during the symbolic ceremony.

In a matter of hours in the capital of Wales Cardiff will be the final match of the Champions League between Juventus and Real Madrid. In the following year, the decisive match of the most prestigious European club tournament will be accepted by Kiev, and before the confrontation of the Royal Club with the Turinians, a symbolic ceremony of passing the relay race for the Champions League.

The event was attended by UEFA President Alexander Cheferin, as well as the President of the Ukrainian Football Federation Andrei Pavelko.

"For us, the experience that the Football Association of Wales has in the organization of the Champions League final is very valuable," said Pavelko.

"We carefully study all the stages of preparation and the difficulties faced by Cardiff. This will help Ukraine better prepare, because we intend to hold the best Champions League final in the history of this tournament, "- summed up the head of FFU.
