In Kiev, on the hospitable site of the Agricultural Academy (sorry, now it is called NUBIP - Natsuniversitet Biology and Natural Resources), the third drawing of the annual tournament "Prize A. Shpakov ". In it four teams of pupils of the outstanding Dynamo Coach with a capital letter - Alexander Alexander Shpakov - teams composed of players of 1968, 1976, 1980 and 1985 of the birth. Every year the tournament becomes more abundant and more representative, thereby clearly demonstrating how many different and wonderful guys San Sanych gave a ticket to football, and where he taught the most important life lessons.
The tournament was opened by the Teacher himself, as always, thank God, cheerful, cheerful and rushing something to correct his students - kick, dribbling, head))) For the tournament prizes fought without the slightest discounts on age and health, comradely nature of the competition and other excuses Sluggish, unmotivated games. We played in a circular system, and all six games, I tell you, were real cuts - up to the fact that the arbiter Alexander Shamich had to separate those who started to take each other for the players' breasts! However, after the match, everything was immediately forgotten, and all were taken to actively "etch" each other ... Having won all the matches, the first time the champion was the Dynamo team of 1980. Thus, she interrupted the monopoly of her older comrades - the first two tournaments were won by Dynamo in 1976, which this time took second place. In the throaty duel for the second place Dynamo-76 yielded to the 80th two balls, but a mighty effort of will and skill in the second half broke the course of the meeting. The fourth position undeservedly, but heroically took veterans-68.
The best player of the tournament was recognized as the newly bred mentor Dynamo U-19 Igor Kostyuk, who is generally in perfect order, like the absolute majority of participants - whatever you say, active sports in childhood and adolescence are obliged! The best goalkeeper - Konstantin Leshchuk (Dynamo-80), the best scorers - Evgeniy Lutsenko (Dynamo-80) and Sergey Melnik (Dynamo-85), who scored 5 goals, got the audience prize Victor Moroz, who not only ran all matches for his Dynamo-68, but also defended one match in the frame late in the tournament and forced to change the rules during the Dynamo-85 team. Also awarded the most distinguished sponsor of the tournament - the famous German firm "Yako", the same one whose balls were recently offered as basic for the first and second of our leagues.
I was there too, I drank honey-beer, my mustache was flowing, and a lot of it hit the target. The soldiers recalled the past days and the battles, where they were cut together. Who shaved the whole shredded beast, who sharpened the bayonet, grumbling angrily, biting the long ... Although no, the mustachioed was not seen!.
On the broad plans of the organizers (this is one of San Sanych's students - Yegor Korotkevich, fanatical fan and brilliant organizer) to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Shpakov's coaching activities next year, we'll talk separately. Considering how well the tournament "Shpakov Prize" became an integral part of the calendar of domestic competitions, I readily believe that everything will be done in the best possible way.
