The President of the Football Federation of Ukraine, Andrei Pavelko, denied the information about the possible appointment of Grigory Surkis to the post of vice-president of FFU.
Previously, the media reported that the vice-president of UEFA Grigory Surkis may take the post of vice-president in FFU.
"I can say that I did not make any proposals to Grigory Mikhailovich. We have a formed team of the Football Federation and I am pleased with the work that is being done and is yielding real results.
Grigory Surkis is the honorary president of the Football Federation, this is an already important and responsible position. Negotiations on new appointments, I did not lead and do not lead, "- said Andrei Pavelko.
Recall that Grigory Surkis led the FFU from 2000 to 2012.
