Typically Volkswagen has allocated annually to the needs of Wolves 90 million euros, but the financial difficulties that are now experiencing the German automaker will lead to a reduction in the budget. According to Volkswagen Management Board member Francisco Javier Garcia Saens, the specific amount that will be allocated to Wolfsburg for the 2016/2017 season will be determined at a meeting of the company's representatives with the leadership of the football club.
