- As far as I know, according to the results of voting on the official website of our club, the name, apparently, will be changed to FC Mariupol. This option received more votes than the Metallurgist. But officially to speak about the new name is not ready yet.

- And how do you like the option with FC Mariupol?.

- Normal name. This is the choice of fans and it must be respected. I'm generally okay with renaming, so for me there is nothing unexpected or surprising here.

- There is information that Ilyichevtsu has already been issued a certificate to participate in the next season of UPP, the club received a license. Does this mean that there are no questions about the safety of holding matches in Mariupol from FFU?.

- There is no reason to worry. Moreover, after the confirmation of the Football Federation of Ukraine in Donetsk region. I think no questions should arise. The increased security measure we already had, in the First League. So I do not think that there can be any reasons for the team not to play in Mariupol.

- And what if the legionaries of our, for example, top clubs find out how close to Mariupol hostilities are, and refuse to go there to play? Do you imagine such a situation possible, and what would you recommend, first of all, to the legionaries?.

- We ourselves have a legionary in the team - from distant Senegal. And he does not just come to Mariupol for matches, but lives here. So it's hard for me to answer this question. I can only say in this regard: for the match held under the auspices of the FFU competition, such as the Cup of Ukraine, a team came here that included half of the foreign players and a foreign coach. I mean Steel from Kamensky. They were not scared. Why should others be frightened then? And if it's scary - let them not go, what problems? I should not give them personal security guarantees. This issue is handled by competent people, and there were no safety problems.

- How does the club plan to create teams U-21 and U-19 in a short time? How much is this problem?.

- Of course, it's problematic. I can not answer for the financial side of the question. But from the personnel point of view, this is certainly a problem for us. For example, for U-19 we will play guys from the senior class. On the other hand, this problem is faced by all clubs that go to the Premier League. We are no exception. But we will try to somehow get out of this difficult situation.

- Is the management of the club ready to increase the budget significantly? Is it ready to allocate funds and increase payroll for signing newcomers of good level?.

- This question should be asked the heads of the club. Reply to it is not ready.

Composition of the composition - In the course of the season, many said that already with the current lineup Ilyichevets could compete in the ULL for getting into the top 6, and, consequently, for the zone of the League of Europe. Do you agree that the current composition is so strong?.

- The composition is really good - the strongest in the First League, which is confirmed by the results. But what was good and what was enough yesterday was not enough today. I think that for the Premier League we need to strengthen - some positions require this. We will look for, and, I think, we will find. If we return to the question of the competitiveness of the current composition at the Premier League level, I am sure that we could fight on an equal footing with some teams in separate fights. But to say in general about the tournament, I would not. The Premier League is a completely different level.

- How do you feel about the practice, when the coaches give the opportunity to play in the Premier League to all the players who rose in the class? So the coaches thank their players and give them the opportunity to show themselves at a new level. Will you quietly take away the weak and take stronger performers in their place?.

- These are not sentiments and not privileges to those players who went to the Premier League. There is such a team as Alexandria, which went this way, retaining the composition. And look - most of those guys who went to the elite of the First League, still play in the team, and look at the results of Alexandria, for which the team is fighting for the second consecutive year. No matter how trite it may sound, but football is a competitive sport. And if we find players stronger than those that we already have, of course, those who are stronger will play. Therefore, I always say to my football players that I need to think for my future today, because tomorrow it may be too late to think. And now I have no reason to be displeased with the attitude of the guys to work. Therefore, we have the positions we wanted to strengthen in the winter, but due to various reasons, we could not do it, and the newcomers will definitely. But at the same time I very much hope that we will have the present core, which will simply gain reinforcement.

- Now on your team there are several football players leased from Shakhtar. How much will the future composition of the composition in the summer depend on Shakhtar and his desire to give someone to rent in Ilyichevets, for example, understudies, so that they gain experience?.

- We cooperate not only with Shakhtar Donetsk, but also with other clubs. If we find a worthy player in another club - of course, we will invite him. Another thing is that it is not so easy to do it now, because many players are eager to go abroad. Meanwhile, I'm not ready to say who from the Donetsk Miner can replenish our ranks. Because young guys are young guys, and in order to at least gain a foothold in the Premier League, we need fighters who already have experience of such battles.

- To what I lead: at one time in Ilyichevets there were 10, 12, 15 players borrowed from Shakhtar, and, for example, in 2011 the club rented as many as 21 players, and the fans jokingly began to call the club Arendovets and Shakhtar-2. Are you ready to assure that there will not be a similar number of players leased from Shakhtar? Perhaps the club has some kind of internal restriction?.

- Well, if you rent 10-12 players from Shakhtar, then who will play against Shakhtar? (Recall, Paul Fonseca said that while he works in the club, leased football players will not play against the Gornyakovs. - Prim. Auto. I think there were clubs and with a lot of rented. But it's not that. Of course, we would like to invite players to full-fledged contracts. But if we find the strengthening in the face of a player taken on lease, then nothing wrong with that I do not see. I do not think that the fans will have reasons to resent if the leased football player will go out on the field and put on one hundred percent in our lineup.

Tasks, format, Desna - What tasks will the club set for itself in the new season?.

- The task - to gain a foothold in the Premier League. There is no need to talk about anything else, because this is the main thing. It's another matter - what goal we set for ourselves within the collective. But this will be decided in the process of forming a team. But I think that without any overrated goals to play football, and even live, it is not interesting. At least, in my opinion.

- In the First League Ilyichevets attacked a lot, being a priori stronger than opponents. What will change in the gameplay of the team in the ULP? In which football will your team play?.

- I do not think that much will change. But to say that we will also attack in matches against Shakhtar, Dynamo or Zarya, I can not - it would look frankly funny. So we will try to play the football that will bring us the result. The day before yesterday's Europa League final proved that the most not spectacular football often brings dividends and wins. So we will proceed from the fact that we have just risen in the classroom and are not ready to dictate our terms to our rivals, we will also adapt to our opponents. But in general, of course, now it is difficult to predict how we will play. After all, it depends on what football players we will have and what tasks the club's management will set before us.

- How do you like the current level of the First League in comparison with the Premier? The difference is not so great as it was before, or is the difference still serious, which can obviously complicate your task?.

- If you think about it, then, probably, the players 200 just left our Premier League in recent times. Therefore, to be as attractive and strong as 5-6 years ago, she now can not. So, I think the borders narrowed a bit, if we talk about the difference in level between the two leagues. But still not enough to say that a team from the First League can fight on an equal footing with the Premier League teams. In addition, I think that the most important for the teams that are striving to win a place in the European Cup area is the experience of performance in the Premier League and the experience of achieving similar goals. Or at least participation in these battles. This team is strong. In the First League with such experience problems.

- How attractive do you think the current format of the Premier League? In the role of coach, you have not yet participated in the championship with 12 teams and division into sixes.

- You know, always scares something new and unknown. And I, too, would be a supporter of the classic scheme of the championship. But since this is impossible, we have to somehow resolve this issue, and I think that people who came to the conclusion that it is necessary to hold the championship in the current format, understand this issue better than I. I'm sure, they do not want to play Ukrainian football anyway.

- Chernihiv Desna is already one foot, too, in the ULL from a sporting point of view. Ilyichevets played against this team. Desna can strengthen the Premier League? Should the relevant authorities close their eyes to the problems of the club with infrastructure or other nuances?.

- You know, if the Desna has problems with the infrastructure, then what about other clubs ... I'm not ready to discuss and especially give some assessment to the opposing team. In addition, we lost the Desna in the first round. But I can say the only thing:

here's something, and put the game, at least very reliable in the defense, Riabokon (the speech about the main coach Desna. - Prim. Auto. ) Knows how. And he proved it for many years by his work in different clubs. And the fact that Desna is a very strong team and that she is ready to perform in the Premier League, I'm sure. As for the financial possibilities of the club or any moments with the infrastructure - I do not have information.
