In the Champions League season 02/03 there were many significant moments. Bavaria took the last place in the first group stage, Dynamo finished performances on the third line, and Ruud van Nistelrooy scored an incredible 12 goals for the tournament.

All this action has come to the end in Manchester where Old Trafford has accepted the Italian grandees - Juventus and Milan.

Turintsy on the way to the tournament knocked out Barcelona and Real Madrid, but suffered the most important loss in the semifinals. Pavel Nedved received a yellow card with tears in his eyes, which meant that he would miss the final.

The meeting was tense and ended in a goalless draw. Everything was decided in a penalty shootout, where the players showed far from the best example of implementation. At Milan from the point "greased" Seedorf and Kaladze, while Juventus blundered Trezeguet, Salayeta and Montero.

The decisive blow was played by Andriy Shevchenko, who brought Milan victory in the Champions League. We suggest you to recall the bright moments of that legendary finale:.
