Ex-midfielder Chelsea and French team Claude Makelele concluded a new agreement with the current club.
In January of this year Makelele was appointed to the position of assistant head coach Swansea Paul Clement and signed with the club contract until the end of the season.
As the official website of the Swans informs, the 44-year-old specialist has concluded a new agreement with the current club. The details of the contract are not reported.
Makelele began his coaching career in 2011, when he entered the coaching staff of Carlo Ancelotti in PSG. In May 2014, he became the chief coach of Bastia, and in January 2016 Claude became Technical Director of Monaco.
In the past season, Swansea finished in 15th place in the Premier League.
