- What goals were set for the team at the beginning of the season and were they successful / successful?.

- The team always has one goal - to show a good, high-quality football, which will appeal to fans. And specifically about occupied places, scored points or scored goals of speech, as a rule, does not go.

- Do you like the current format of the championship or would you like to modernize something?.

- My belief is that - the championship must consist of 16 teams, and the games should be held in two circles. But only if there is a quality infrastructure for all clubs. And we, the teams that are now claiming a promotion in the class and some of those who play in the Premier League, do not have the opportunity or the desire to have a quality infrastructure: training fields, lighting, heating and so on.

- By the way, there were rumors about the transition to the spring-autumn system. Your opinion about this?.

- I, as a club employee, probably would be acceptable, because it would not be necessary, for example, to include heating. But we need to take into account another European calendar. However, you can work on a calendar. We already have a calendar for the next season. Two rounds on the plan to be played will be in February. In my opinion, these two rounds can be held in December. When the fields leave during the winter, this is one thing, and when they leave it - quite another.

- Your team won a strong-willed victory with a score of 1: 2 in the last fight against Dynamo. Comment on this match.

- What can I add to the fact that everyone saw on television? Matches with such teams as Shakhtar and Dynamo - an additional irritating factor for football players. They want to show themselves against the background of strong clubs from the best side. We succeeded. Continuation of the championship in the spring was not entirely successful for us. That year, we showed the best game, which was reflected on the points. And in the spring we lost all chances to fight for second place. Even the third line in the table was under threat. But I think that the black streak has passed and the players, having felt the taste of victory, will spend the last two matches with the same mood and will show a good game.

- For this match (which, after all, was considered the central match of the tour), there were about 8,200 spectators, with the total capacity of the stadium - 70050 spectators. And it was the most visited match of the tour. Do you think this is normal? What do you need that would be at the stadiums sold-out?.

- Attendance of matches of the domestic championship is very low, despite the fact that our championship in Europe is highly quoted. We have teams in our teams that are in demand from European clubs, and moreover, not the weakest.

The fan ignores these matches. Probably there are a number of reasons, and they lie outside of football. This is the situation in the country, both political and economic. It is necessary to establish order, in the economy, first of all. Then it is necessary to take up the order in the stadiums, improve the infrastructure. - Football beyond the borders. My subjective understanding is that the attacking line players are Hispanic or southern Europeans - Spain, Portugal. Footballers of the defensive line - I prefer Europeans. Ideally, we would like our pupils or Ukrainians to play. But football without nationality and without borders. Probably, in this and its charm.

- Is it important for you that the players who come to Zarya play for the Lugansk club, go to the promotion and eventually move to stronger clubs or would you prefer that they continue the development in Zara?.

- We do not set ourselves the task of keeping players. If there is interest, we are ready to release players, but on condition that the club interests and interests of the football player are observed. The economic situation in our club is such that for us, in order to fully live, it is necessary to carry out player transfers probably even every six months. Then we will be able to function normally. I hope that the time will come when players will stay with us longer.

- Will there be acquisitions in the off-season? Are there any negotiations for some players at the moment?.

- You ask this question, although the press already had information that we signed Vladislav Kabaev. Acquisitions already exist and, of course, there will be more. I talked about it. Only large clubs, with confidence in their financial capabilities, can announce about transfers even six months before. We can not do this, because each of our transfers, both for purchase and for sale, is given very difficult.

- How to win the sympathy of football fans from another city and encourage them to attend club matches?.

- First of all, show a good game.

- Sergey Vasilievich, how important is sponsorship in sports? How important is it that business (such as Fortuna Live) would help in its development in Ukraine?.

- Of course, this is important. Football does not live anywhere only on the money of one owner. As a rule, these are joint-stock companies, many sponsors. The main money clubs receive from advertising and television. Small countries, for example the Balkans - prepare football players and sell their transfers to other clubs.
