Omeruo moved to Chelsea in January 2012, but did not play a single match for the first team of "blue".
Since then, the Nigerian has been rented four times, and this season is held as part of the Turkish Alanyaspor.
Omeruo, who won the African Nations Cup in 2013, admitted that he was unhappy with this situation.
"The game for Chelsea is no longer my priority. You have no idea how upsetting a permanent game in rent, "- said Omeruo.
"I intend to find a club where I can play regularly. I would like to play in one of the top-leagues. Let's see how everything will turn out next summer ".
Omeruo moved to Chelsea from the Belgian Standard and since then has acted on loan for Den Haag, Middlesbrough, Kasympash and Alanyaspor.
