Manager of Liverpool Juergen Klopp urged his team to continue to fight for getting into the zone of the Champions League following the season.

The Reds played a goalless home draw against Southampton and this result means that the fate of getting into the top four is no longer in their hands.

"Southampton played in a very unusual manner for himself. They came for one point, so I have no problem with the fact that they defended all 90 minutes, because they did not create anything, except one or two counter-attacks, "- said Klopp after the game.

"It's hard to play when 10 opponents are sitting so deep. We had moments, but we did not have the luck.

Of course, we had to play better in some episodes of ".

"After this match we have one point more. Although the feelings are completely different, but it is so. Now we have 70 points, so if someone thinks that our season is over.

"Two weeks ago everything was not in our hands, last week everything was in our hands, now again not in ours, so the situation can change".

Liverpool left to play two Premier League matches against West Ham and Middlesbrough.
