The MLS record of attendance is broken

Atlanta United beat the record attendance MLS in the first three home games of the season.

In total, the first three home games Atlanta at the Bobby Dodd Stadium visited 147,230 people.

The previous record was set in 1996, when Los Angeles Galaxy matches were attended by 130,073 people.

The first match of Atlanta vs New York Red Bulls was attended by 55 297 fans. The second home game against Chicago Fire gathered 45 922 people, and on the game against Di C United there were 46,011 fans.

Next home game Atlanta United will be held on May 20 against Houston Dynamo.
