Muntari was disqualified for one match for protesting against racist insults, the victim of which he became in Sunday's match against Cagliari.

32-year-old Muntari asked the referee to stop the game, but received a yellow card in response, then decided to leave the field.

Dons, who spent two seasons in Cagliari, considers Muntari's deed correct.

"I believe that the authorities should cancel the suspension of Sally Muntari, thereby strengthening the fight against racism in football," - said Dons.

Garth Crookes, a former Tottenham hotster and an agent of the anti-discrimination organization Kick It Out, called on the Italian league players to strike if Muntari's one-legged disqualification is not canceled.

"I'm 100% ready to go for it, because racism is killing the game," added Dons.
