Defender Liverpool Dejan Lovren prolonged the agreement with the club.

The official website of Liverpool confirms that the Croatian defender will continue to play for a few more years in the team.

Neither the financial part nor the term of the contract is disclosed, it is only known that the agreement is of a long-term nature.

Lovren conducts the third season for the Reds, he moved to Anfield in the summer of 2014 and has since played 105 in Liverpool and scored four goals.

This season, the 27-year-old Croatian centerback formed the main pair of defenders with Joel Matip. This pair played 15 matches and Liverpool lost only one.
