UEFA confirmed that Manchester City and PSG fully complied with the agreements that were made with the clubs in violation of the financial fair play in 2014.
Then both clubs were fined 60 million. Euro, and their applications for the Champions League matches were reduced from 25 to 21 players.
Nevertheless, UEFA was to return to clubs two thirds of the penalty provided that they take all operational and financial measures.
"Manchester City (England) and Paris Saint-Germain (France), agreements with which were concluded as early as 2014, fully implemented the agreement, and therefore released from the regime of peace agreements," reads the official statement of UEFA.
