Lviv club again runs the risk of receiving a ban on registration of new players.

According to Football. Ua, today the FUU Appeal Committee ruled that the Carpathians are required to close the debt to the former football player of the team Vladimir Gudyma until May 15, 2017. It's about the amount of 73800 dollars. Otherwise, the club will be deprived of the opportunity to register new players.

Ten days ago, on April 11, the Carpathians appealed to the FFU Dispute Resolution Chamber with a request to reconsider the previous decision to pay Gudyma on newly appeared grounds.

The club considered the decision of the Frankivsk district court of the city of Lviv on March 9, 2017, which the court gave an interpretation of the contract with the football player in favor of the club and did not see the reasons why the Carpathians owed money to their ex-football player.

Let's remind, the lawsuits between Gudyma and the Carpathians last from 2014 (the chronology of events is by reference). And their right to register new players after the previous ban for debts to former football player Ivan Milosevic Lviv received in the summer of 2016.
