The International Football Association Board (IFAB) may change the order of punching penalties.

Legislators football can make a difference in the post-match penalty shootout when the team A, inflicting the first blow, will have to wait two beats Team B before the following penalty to break your.

Such a sequence is called "Abba", and the relevant tests will be carried out later this year.

The proposed amendment, which resembles the system of tie-break in tennis, was the result of a study that showed that the team that gets the first hit, winning a series of penalty in 60% of cases.

"Statistics show that 60% of penalty shoot-outs won, who punched the first penalty. We believe that the sequence ABBA will get rid of this statistical bias "- said Stewart Regan, Member of the Board and CEO of IFAB Scottish FA.
