Ukrainian junior middleweight boxer Sergei Bogachuk (24-2, 23 KO) spoke about his career.

According to the athlete, in his sixth fight at the professional level he received the toughest rebuff.

“I had the hardest fight, I remember it to this day - it was my sixth professional fight, and my opponent was Kevin Ottley.

Such a good left-hander, fast, cool. And it seems to me that even on points I was losing by that time. And in the fifth round I hit him in the liver.

I remember that fight most of all, it turned out so good. By that time my record was 5-0, and he had 5-1. Probably, at the moment, this fight was the hardest for me,” Bogachuk said for an interview with Inside Athlete Stories.

Previously, Usik admitted that he wanted to end his career, but was dissuaded.
