Absolute world light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev spoke about a possible fight against the holder of the WBA, WBO and WBC heavyweight titles Alexander Usik.
The Russian boxer, who previously wanted to get into the ring with the Ukrainian, changed his mind.
“Is our fight with Usik possible at intermediate weight No, he's too strong for me. Usik is a super heavyweight, he's too strong.
Usyk said he might lose weight? Yes, if he goes down to light heavyweight, then no problem. He’s too strong, too good,” Beterbiev said in an interview with the YouTube channel Fight Hub TV.
Earlier, Usik named an undefeated boxer with whom he could fight.
