Ukrainian heavyweight Dmitry Lovchinsky (1-0, 1 KO), participant of the 2024 Olympic Games, successfully debuted in the professional ring. The 25-year-old native of Brovarov (Kiev region) in the first round confidently knocked out Georgian Jornman Paata Aduashvili, who has a record of 10 victories, 37 defeats and 3 draws of which by knockout).

The fight took place in the capital's Sports Palace and became part of a boxing show organized by Spartabox Faniian Promotions. The bright debut of Lovchinsky in the professional arena demonstrated his ambitions and a confident start in the new head of his career.

Commenting on his success, Dmitry dedicated it to Ukrainian defenders.

" I am very pleased with the fight. I devote this victory to the soldiers. Glory to the Armed Forces! Glory to Ukraine! We will win. My next start is the Ukrainian Championship, which will be held in Odessa. We are boxing primarily for amateurs, we should be the first in Los Angeles-2028, ”Lovchinsky said.

Dmitry Pavlovich Lovchinsky is a two-time champion of Ukraine in boxing (2022, 2023) and a prize-winner of international competitions. Lovchinsky began his career with participation in large tournaments in 2022, but his path was not easy.

At the European Championship in May of that year, he lost his first battle to the Norwegian boxer Omar Shihu.

In December of the same year, Dmitry won the Ukrainian champion title for the first time.

In 2023, he participated in the European Games, where he lost to the experienced Spanish boxer Ayoub Gadfa. At the World Olympic qualification tournament in March 2024, Lovchinsky was also unable to pass the first round, losing Croata Luke Pratlyachich.

However, in May of the same year, at the second qualifying tournament, he took revenge on Pratlyacic and won victories over other rivals, which brought him the long-awaited Olympic license.
