Ukrainian goalkeeper Andrey Lunin started for Real Madrid in the 1/8 finals of the Spanish Cup against Celta.

The match at the Santiago Bernabeu was easy for Real, and Madrid, thanks to goals from Mbappe and Vinicius, calmly led with a score of 2:0. However, at the end of regular time the hosts managed to concede twice. Lunin took the ball out of the net, first after a defender’s mistake, and later after a converted penalty.

In overtime, Real managed to put the squeeze on Celta, scoring three times. Endric (double) and Valverde with excellent strikes led Los Blancos to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey – 5:2.
