Midfielder Roman Bezus, who plays for Cypriot Ommonia, recently suffered a serious injury and returned to the football field.

In the Cyprus Cup match against the Spartakos club, Bezus started for the first time this season.

At the start of the second half, Bezus took a free kick and scored a beautiful goal, and a few minutes later, from a corner, he completed a low pass under the shot, which his partner converted into a goal.

" I'm glad I scored and gave an assist, but the most important thing is to get playing minutes. I won't say I'm happy with myself today, but it's part of getting back into the game.. I played. 60 minutes and I’m glad about it, physically I felt good, but I need to improve my shape,” Bezus commented on his performance after the match.

Note that Bezus played his first match after injury back in November, but in three matches he only played about half an hour of playing time.
