Real Madrid winger Vinicius Junior was punished for unsportsmanlike conduct and sent off in the recent La Liga match against Valencia (2:1).

The Brazilian football player in the match of the 12th round of the Spanish championship in the 79th minute pushed the opposing goalkeeper in the head and received a straight red card.

According to Marca, Vinicius received a ban for two La Liga matches..



It is noted that the sanctions apply only to championship matches. The Brazilian will be able to take part in the next match of the Spanish Super Cup, where Real Madrid will meet Mallorca in the semi-finals on January 9.

The player will serve the suspension for the next La Liga matches against Las Palmas (January 19) and Valladolid (January 25).
