The Ukrainian team won another medal at the 2023 European Games, which are being held in Krakow, Poland. Ukrainian women won silver in the team acrobatic program in artistic swimming. Our team performed as follows: Marina Alekseeva, Vladislav Alekseeva, Marta Fedina, Veronika Grishko, Daria Moshinskaya, Angelina Ovchinnikova, Anastasia Shmonina, Valeria Tishchenko, Sofia Matsiyevskaya and Olesya Derevyanchenko. Ukrainian " France won (214.2833) and Italy won bronze (201.9900).
It should be noted that for our team this is the first medal in artistic swimming at the European Games 2023. In total, at the competitions in Krakow, the “blue-yellows” already have 12 awards: 5 gold, 4 silver and 3 bronze. Our team ranks fourth in the medal standings. European Games 2023 will last until July 2. These competitions are also part of the selection for the 2024 Olympics.. Recall that athletes from Russia and Belarus were not allowed to the European Games 2023 due to the war in Ukraine.
