The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine has updated the list of persons who violated their obligations on the terms of return to the territory of Ukraine after the end of a sporting event. It included the players of the national team Mikhail Mudrik and Ilya Zabarny. An updated list of violating athletes is published on the official website of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In winter, Mudrik and Zabarny moved to the clubs of the English Premier League (EPL). Mikhail became a Chelsea player, and Ilya signed a contract with Bournemouth.

At the same time, this list does not include another player of the Ukrainian national team, Viktor Tsyhankov, who moved to the Spanish Girona in the winter.. Note that in the first version of the list of fugitive athletes, Mudrik and Zabarny were not. Of the famous Ukrainian football players, it included Artem Gromov (AEK Larnaca, Cyprus) and Vladislav Kulach (Zira, Azerbaijan). Recall that now Mudryk is in the camp of the youth team of Ukraine, which plays at Euro 2023. In the opening match of the group stage, Ruslan Rotan's team defeated Croatia (2: 0), Mikhail played the game on the bench due to injury.
