Former Dynamo footballer suspended for match-fixing in Belarus

Former Dynamo Kyiv footballer Nikita Korzun received a one-year suspension for participation in match-fixing in Belarus.

This was announced by the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Belarusian Football Association (ABFF).

Also, the 28-year-old midfielder must pay a fine of 11,100 Belarusian rubles..

In addition, Shakhtar Soligorsk, which Korzun plays for, was stripped of the championship in the 2022 season, and also fined 30 points this season and 20 points in the next.



The club's management organized fixed matches in the championship of Belarus and financially stimulated their rivals.

Nikita Korzun moved to Dynamo Kyiv in 2016, after which he belonged to the Ukrainian club until 2020, but went on loan to other teams several times.
