Ukrainian athlete Inna Sidorenko became the silver medalist of the World Athletics Continental Tour in Leverkusen.

Sidorenko from the fourth attempt in the long jump showed a result of 6.45 meters and received silver, losing to the representative of Great Britain Jagishi Thomas (6.60 m).

The wind during this attempt exceeded the norm, because the personal record of the Ukrainians counted the previous attempt - 6.38 m. It should be noted that only in July the Ukrainian woman set a new personal record - 6. 33 meters - at the competitions in the German Freistette.

Another Ukrainian Oleg Doroshchuk became the second in the high jump competitions in Bule.

He conquered the bar of 2.24 meters. By the number of attempts, he was ahead of the Hungarian Peter Bakosi, but lost three centimeters to the Mexican Edgar Riveri.

Thus, Doroshchuk repeated the fourth personal top result in his career. Last year, the Ukrainian set a personal record - 2. 28 meters - at home competitions in Lutsk.
