The Ukrainian national team topped the final medal standings of the 2022 European Aquatics Championships in artistic swimming.

A total of 12 sets of awards were played. Ukraine was represented in eight out of 12 categories, and each Ukrainian received gold awards. Marta Fedina and Marina and Vladislava Alexei participated in all team performances.

Ukrainian artistic swimmers won such a number of medals at the European Championship only for the second time in history.. In 2020, the national team also climbed the podium eight times, but 2022 was a record for them.

The Blue and Yellows won eight league titles for the first time and topped the medal table for the first time.
