32-year-old ex-player of Shakhtar Donetsk and Zenit St. Petersburg signed a contract with Turkish Adana Demirspor.

Rakitskiy's agreement with the Turkish club is for a year and can be extended for another season. Rakitskiy is a graduate of Shakhtar, he played more than 300 matches for the Orange-and-Blacks. In January 2019, after 10 years of playing for the Pitmen's first team, Yaroslav moved to Zenit St.
