The 2022 FINA World Championships ended in Budapest.

Ukraine entered the top 10 medal standings of the 2022 World Cup. Ukrainian athletes won 10 medals (2 gold, 6 silver, 2 bronze) in the capital of Hungary, taking the final eighth place.

In artistic swimming, Ukraine won 2 gold and 5 silver medals, in swimming, Mykhailo Romanchuk won two bronze medals, and Sofia Lyskun and Oleksiy Sereda became silver medalists in the synchronized mixed diving (10 m platform).

The top 5 medal standings of the World Cup included the USA, China (18 gold medals each), Italy, Australia and Canada.
