Alexander Usik, WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO World Heavyweight Champion, showed how he conducts training in the winter before the rematch with Briton Anthony Joshua.

The training conditions for the 34-year-old Ukrainian athlete are quite harsh, as confirmed by a new video filmed during training and published by Twitter DAZN Boxing.

In the September match, Usyk defeated Joshua, and all three English heavyweight titles passed to the Ukrainian.
