To prepare the mixture, you will need: 300 g of walnuts, 300 g of dried apricots, 300 g of figs, 300 g of prunes, 300 g of black raisins, 2 cups of honey, 2 lemons.

You can vary the proportions and ingredients yourself, using more dried fruits, honey or nuts. Rinse dried fruits under running water, and then in warm water and dry a little.

Grind everything in a blender or food processor, including the rind, but no seeds. Mix the finished twisted dried fruit and lemon well with honey and send to a glass jar.
