Chelsea London beat Porto 2-0 in Champions League quarter-final first leg. Due to quarantine restrictions, the dragons' home meeting took place at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium in Seville.
The Blues took the lead in the 32nd minute of the meeting.
Jorginho found Mason Mount on the line of the penalty area, and he removed the opponent on the turn and sent the ball into the far corner.
In the 85th minute, Thomas Tuchel's team strengthened their lead. Jesus Corona made a mistake in his own half of the field, and Ben Chilwell intercepted the ball and, having dealt with the goalkeeper, scored into an empty net.
The return match of the teams will be held on April 13 also in Seville.
The winner of the Porto-Chelsea pair in the semi-finals will face the triumphant duel between Real Madrid and Liverpool.
