Getting started is easier than it sounds.

Perform each exercise for 3 to 5 breaths. Synchronize your breathing with movements.

Hand turns.

Sit in lotus position or simply cross your legs. Place one hand on the floor to the side of your body. Another take turns. Increase the amplitude. Change hands and do the same.

Side crunches.
