On Sunday, November 29, the second race of the 2020/21 Biathlon World Cup for men took place in Kontiolahti, Finland. After the individual, which the Norwegian Sturla Lagrade won the day before, the athletes went to the start of the sprint.
The victory in the race was won again by the representative of Norway - this time the main favorite of the World Cup Johannes Be became the first. He was 44.1 seconds ahead of Sweden's Sebastian Samuelsson, who finished second.. Third place was taken by his compatriot Martin Ponsiluoma. The Ukrainians failed the race - none of our compatriots drove into the points zone. The best was Dmitry Pidruchny with 57th result.
