34 women practiced prenatal yoga as part of the study. The program was developed taking into account the capabilities of women carrying children. The study evaluated the mental status of volunteers and the dynamics of changes in the behavior of women.

If there were no changes in the control group, then the mental health of the majority of women who practiced yoga improved.. Moderate depression was able to translate into mild, and simple forms were neutralized.
