FIFA arbiter from Slovenia Slavko Vincic was detained during a police operation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to sport. blic. rs, a judge was arrested in a brothel with nine women and 26 men. In addition to prostitution, detainees are also accused of drug trafficking and possession of weapons.

It is reported that at the time of detention Vincic had an unregistered firearm and a narcotic substance - cocaine. After interrogation, the arbitrator was released.

41-year-old Vincic judged three Champions League group stage matches this season and one Europa League playoff game.

He also worked at the Shakhtar vs Celta match as part of the 1/16 final of the Europa League 2016/17 season. At the end of that game, the Slovenian awarded a penalty kick to the Pitmen’s goal after simulating an opponent, which helped Celta even the score by the sum of two matches, and in extra time score the second goal and reach the tournament’s 1/8 finals.
