Dynamo Brest in the 6th round match of the Belarusian Championship in the home arena lost to Soligorsk Shakhtar - 0: 2.

The Pitmen led by Ukrainian coach Yuri Vernidub opened the scoring in the 25th minute - Brest defender Maxim Vitus cut the ball into his own net after a cross from the flank.

In the 67th minute, Shakhtar doubled their lead - Vitaly Lisakovich shot the hosts from outside the box.

The entire match with Dynamo Brest was held by Artem Milevsky and Alexander Noyok. The third Ukrainian of the Brest club Evgeni Khacheridi missed the game due to a five-match disqualification, which he received for a scandalous trick in the last round.

Thanks to the victory, the Vernidub team interrupted the three-match losing streak and, having scored 8 points, climbed to 11th place in the Championship of Belarus.

“Dynamo Brest” dropped to 14th position, the club’s assets 7 points.

Belarus Championship is the only football tournament in Europe that has not been suspended due to a coronavirus pandemic. Some fans decided to boycott matches.
