In the near future, the coach may be dismissed in an unnamed club, after which the leadership can make a choice in favor of the Ukrainian specialist.
Recall, the past championship of Kazakhstan won “Astana” under the leadership of Ukrainian Roman Grigorchuk. The second place was taken by “Kairat”, the third - “Ordabasy”.
Markevich has not been working as a head coach since 2016, when he left Dnipro, taking him to the final of the Europa League. He also coached Volyn, Podillia, Krivbass, Karpaty, Zaporizhzhya Metallurg, Anzhi and Metallist.
