Faith in favor of physical exertion improves the results of training

The effectiveness of training significantly increases if a person believes in their strength. This is evidenced by the results of a study of scientists from the University of Freiburg. People who like to train like they come to business with love and as a result reach great heights, writes UPI. com.

A total of 76 volunteers between the ages of 18 and 32 took part in the study. People were divided into groups. One part was offered to watch a few short films about cycling, another group of films did not watch. More volunteers shared their thoughts about the benefits of sports.

Then for half an hour the subjects were engaged on a stationary bike with heart rate and heart rate sensors. In addition to this, during the training with volunteers, the EEG was taken, which determines the activity of the brain zones.

It turned out that the initial mood for the benefit of sports improves the results and improves mood. Watching movies about sports has a similar effect. The lack of internal motivation for physical exercises, scientists associated with low results and rapid fatigue.
