It was recorded that the morning hours are most suitable for playing sports. The respondents were divided into two groups: participants from the first group were engaged before breakfast, others after. At the same time, all respondents increased the share of consumed calories by thirty percent, fats by fifty percent.
It turned out that people from the first group were able to lose a few kilograms, when respondents from the second scored, on average, one and a half kilograms.
