Run. Try running on a treadmill or on street roads. In this case, you do not need to run miles. Try a simple and effective way to fight fat: a quick run in 10 seconds, change 30 seconds of rest. And so repeat for 10 minutes. When you get used to such a load, you can try to run for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds.

Jumping. Straighten up, spread your shoulders, put your feet on the width of your shoulders. Slowly start crouching, stretch out your arms in front of you, in the middle of the squat bounce. When landing, deflect the trunk back and slowly sit down. Repeat the exercise 10 times, remembering to take a break in 30 seconds. Then you can try to do 30 reps with a 10 second rest.

Push ups. Pressing not all are able to correctly, but at the same time everyone knows that this is an effective exercise for working out the muscles. So learn and practice! Accepted the usual position for push-ups, began to tilt to the floor and then simultaneously set aside the knees to the level of the hips.
