He wrote that in the trains Russians fed him, drank tea with him and talked, although they did not know any foreign languages. The journalist also noted that the Russians were very friendly to the fans who came to them from different parts of the world: Colombians, Mexicans, Icelanders and many others. The World Cup has become a real holiday for both city residents and football fans, Ruutenauer acknowledged. He added that many foreigners represented Russia much more Soviet than it was. Separately, the German has allocated a good quality of mobile communications and Wi-Fi.
