Scientists: superyoga will help to stay young and healthy

In addition to traditional practices called yoga in the past few years, there have appeared a variety of exercises for breathing and strengthening muscle tone.

However, the scientific approach to strengthening the body allowed people to reach a qualitatively new level.

American scientists, together with leading experts in brain research, decided to "cross" yoga with the process of stimulating the brain through small electrical charges, writes New Scientist.

In this process, during the stimulation of the cerebral cortex by electrical discharges, one can not physically participate. Researchers studied the activity of individual areas of the brain before and after yoga and made up a scheme of "electronic" meditation, in which the same effect is achieved without physical activity.



The military was already interested in the novelty - preliminary tests showed that a new method of "cleaning" the brain can reduce the risk of depression and significantly increases the cognitive abilities of each soldier.

Scientists believe that such an approach to the health of each person separately will significantly speed up the training of any specialties, ease the pain of emotional experiences and reduce the general concern.
