Take a pair of dumbbells. Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, hands along the body. Having inhaled, tear off the heels from the floor. Transfer weight of body to socks. Strain the calves and muscles of the press. At the same time, spread your hands to the sides and take out the shoulder blades (palms look down). You should feel a slight burning sensation in the shoulder area, where the deltoid muscles are located. On exhalation, lower your arms and return to the starting position.



Repeat exercise 15-20 times. Do this exercise 2 times a week.

You can strengthen the calves if, sitting at your desk or in a cafe, you raise your feet on your toes, and then return them to their original position.

Do not forget to do stretching exercises. Few people know, but often the desired result does not appear due to weak elasticity of the muscles and limited mobility of the joints.
