Star trainer Anita Lutsenko argues that effective weight loss is impossible without the right amount of fluid in the body. In order to speed up the process, it is worth to drink the daily norm of pure still water.

"Get used to drinking water! To calculate your rate, you must multiply 40 ml by your weight in kilograms".



In this case, clean water should drink only half of the volume obtained as a result of calculations, since all the rest is compensated for fruits, vegetables, soups, teas and other.

Anita also recommended to drink 300 ml of warm water (at least room temperature) every morning - this helps to accelerate metabolism and cleanse the body from the very morning.

At the same time, she said, you can not drink very cold water - it worsens digestion and fuels appetite.
